FASHION INSPIRATION

So, I was at a fashion institute today,was the induction for new students. I heard a few words, and my understanding of fashion came to play, and my imaginations started running wild. So the first profession ever, apart from Adam managing the garden, was sewing. They trying to couple leaves together to hide their nakedness. I wouldn't have thought about that,if it wasn't hinted.
The thing is, fashion is one hell of a hullabaloo of complications, seriously. There is always a latest trend, and while some people are flowing with it, some find it very difficult to keep up with the crazy frenzy.
The whole thing about fashion is, without inspiration, you lack the advantage of keeping up with your own latest trend.
Inspiration makes me bring out my blue chiffon shirt on my short red skirt with red pumps and a brown purse, with a nude,not naked makeup and a loop earring and my hair in a ponytail. That ensemble makes me gorgeous in the eyes of every one that beholds me.
Inspiration is what discourages me from seeing a beautiful dress on someone and knowing that it won't fit me, but something that looks like that with my own shape would be perfect on me.
Don't jump into the frills and frenzies blindly. Look for your pattern and your style, and keep up with the trends.
Even a fashionable guy, without inspiration wouldn't know how to combine his designer shirts and ties to give his ensemble a glam that wows everyone,even the ladies.
Inspiration never depends on quantity and quality.

Chronicle of my Lagos ‘waka’ 1

So, my two weeks working holiday has been interesting, eventful, and had left me with a sore back and bumbum from hours of sitting in danfo ‘Lagos yellow bus’ (that signifies your presence in Lagos) School and exams have been overwhelming and I’m looking forward to holidays, because in my mind, I’m gonna flex and chill, hang out with friends and a lot of that sturv, I legit had plans. Then, on getting home, with the confirmation that I’m not gonna flex as much for lack of funds (cos I’m not broke in Jesus name) I’m like “okay, at least if I’m not flexing, I should go out sha” Somehow somehow, God helps me, I get a job..
