Hello, my people from this side of the world, it’s me, your favorite baby girl Abisola Praise, how’ve you all been doing (Please note that this intro was copied from one of my favorite Youtubers, I like it, and I’m using it…#shrugshoulders). Guys, it’s been a minute and I’m like you know what I’m just going to come type random stuff for you guys, which I hope you have fun reading.
You might know me personally, and you might not, so I’m going to give you the privilege of knowing me past the surface. I’m going to answer random questions about myself. If you’re interested, keep reading.

  1. Are you named after anyone? Nope, my parents felt the situation surrounding my birth warranted my name- PRAISE. Sweet, ya, I know

  3. When was the last time you cried? Been a while. I’m an emotional person, but the tears, never really drop, it just pools in my eyes
  4. If you were another person, would you be a friend of yourself? Absolutely, have you met me? I’m sweet
  5. Do you use sarcasm a lot? Who doesn’t?
  6. Scary movie or happy endings? Happy endings re boring, but I love them.
  7. Do you have any special talents? Writing
  8. What’s your zodiac sign? Do you believe in it? Aquarius is my zodiac sign, and I won’t say I believe it totally, cos some of its attributes are likened to mine, but it’s not totally false
  9. What are your hobbies? Hmm, this is always hard to pick sincerely, let’s just say writing
  10. Do you have any siblings? Ya, 2…….. annoyingly sweet people
  11. How tall are you? I want to assume 5’7, and at any point you see me, and think otherwise, all the best to you.
  12. What is the least favorite thing about you? I tolerate peoples excesses a lot, and its exhausting
  13.  How many countries have you visited? Are you trying to set me up? Id answer this in the next 4 years
  14. What was your worst subject in High School? Believe it or not – English, it was too demanding than it should have, I mean all that unnecessary division of English,aaargh
  15.  Who are some of your favorite YouTubers? Tolulope Solutions, Tomike, Abimbola Craig, and plentyyyyyyyyyyyyyy others
  16. Favorite memory from childhood? At this point, I really can’t remember, too much ‘unfavourite’ things happened
  17. How would you describe your fashion sense? Normal, but trying to muster courage to be adventurous
  18. What phone do you have? (iOS v Android?) iOS
  19. Tell us one of your bad habits! Picking my hair. It annoys me, but I still do it
  20. 3 things that upset you? Being scolded at, nagging and insensitivity
  21. 3 things that make you happy? Food, novels, friends
  22. How is your relationship with parents? Amazing , bordering on disrespect
  23. What’s on your mind? food
  24. One word that describes you? Sincerely, I can’t say
  25. Are you an extrovert or introvert? I’m not any, cos both are extreme or me….. I’m an Ambivert
  26. Do you consider yourself a good cook? Yassss

Chronicle of my Lagos ‘waka’ 1

So, my two weeks working holiday has been interesting, eventful, and had left me with a sore back and bumbum from hours of sitting in danfo ‘Lagos yellow bus’ (that signifies your presence in Lagos) School and exams have been overwhelming and I’m looking forward to holidays, because in my mind, I’m gonna flex and chill, hang out with friends and a lot of that sturv, I legit had plans. Then, on getting home, with the confirmation that I’m not gonna flex as much for lack of funds (cos I’m not broke in Jesus name) I’m like “okay, at least if I’m not flexing, I should go out sha” Somehow somehow, God helps me, I get a job.. Hallelujah, I was so excited when I got the call, I was legit dancing, and I even offered to cook jollof rice for my family that night, cos I do not offer to cook on a Sunday night, I’m always forced.
